Our One Bedroom, One Bathroom Villa is Located On the First Floor

Our first floor condo is just a short walk to the pool or beach. We just recently installed all new flooring in entire condo, updated new ceiling fans…..

The bedroom has an upgraded queen size mattress and is very comfortable. There is also a small make-up vanity in the bedroom with a chair.

We have a flat 50″ TV in the living room/kitchen area, along with a dining table with 4 chairs. This condo has a dishwasher. We have all the necessities in the kitchen such as toaster, blender, coffeemaker (makes both regular & k cups), etc.

Upon arrival there is a start-up set of towels (6 sets) also there will be sheets for all beds. For you convienence there is smart-card operated laundry room a couple of doors down the hall (we provide the card. To add money to the card you need to go to the main building on the left as you enter the resort.

We have provided beach chairs for your convenience, you just need to bring the beach towels!

There is a private balcony where we have a couple of Adirondack chairs……its a great place to sit and enjoy a drink…. From the balcony across the parking lot there is a picnic area with tables and grills…

Bike rentals are located on property. The direct number for rentals is (843)842-0005 they are located on property just outside security gate.

Pomodoro, Catch 22, Reilley’s ( where everybody knows our name), Bella Italia,

Crazy Crab (north end), Carraba’s, Old Oyster Factory, World of Beer, Wise Guys, Poseidon…..there are endless dining possibilities on the island with over 220 to choose from….

During the summer months on Tuesdays there is a fireworks display at Shelter Cove which is close by….

Island Explorers has different boat tours that you can choose from, Tuesday fireworks is one of them! The tours leave from Old Oyster Factory dock on Marshland Road.

They do have a fireworks cruise on Tuesdays so you can fight the traffic and watch from the water!
